General fault maintenance and remote fault diagnosis

Upon receiving a service request from the user, we will conduct a fault diagnosis and analyze the problem to assist in resolving it. If the issue cannot be resolved through telephone support or in the course of providing telephone technical support, we will, as needed and with the user’s consent, deliver remote support services.
